Sleep early and get up early can help us discharge toxification, reduce stress, and bestir ourselves to face the next day. Eating on time can keep us in good energy provide and protect our stomach. Drinking and smoking will make people's lives shorter or even kill them by broking people's lungs and cause the repiration problems.
